I have been working with Water Unlimited now for 27 years, they maintained our water treatment system when we lived in Washoe Valley. Fast forward and we recently reengaged with this wonderful company to have a Reverse Osmosis system installed in our home in Sparks, I am happy to report that the same excellent customer service and quality of installation is still present in this family-owned business. I couldn’t be happier with them; the installation was professionally completed, and the entire staff is still as wonderful as I have come to expect.
I couldn’t recommend them higher than 5 Stars as I feel they deserve at least 10 stars. I am a customer for life and anyone considering a water treatment system, you should expect to be treated with the same level of professionalism and quality of installation and service that this family-owned business can offer. Great people. Work was done quickly and looks really good for a non-original installation. Water tastes a lot better. No more weird chemical taste that somehow always got past my fridge filter but now water even out of my faucets tastes clean. All my faucets seem to work better as well, and my skin doesn’t feel dried out after getting water on it. Overall, I am very happy. Thanks for the great work!!!
We have been using Water Unlimited exclusively going on five years now. They are experts in their field and have provided several recommendations over the years to keep our water system functioning in the best possible way. They are also focused on client satisfaction and will tailor the service schedule based on our needs. John, our service guy, comes out quarterly and he is just awesome! Since we are using well water (which is particularly hard in our area), we have to rely on a fairly intricate system using reverse osmosis, iron/manganese removal, pH balancer, and probably some other stuff I can’t identify. Our friends have always remarked on how good the water tastes when they come out to visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend Water Unlimited for all your water service needs!

Joe came out and explained everything clearly without a sales pitch and the installer was very clean doing his job and was very respectful.
